These terms govern the use of the yourdoc.ma platform, which connects patients and healthcare professionals for appointment booking and teleconsultation.

2. Nature of the service

The platform is merely a technical intermediary. The care relationship is between the patient and the practitioner. YourDoc provides no medical advice and is not liable for medical acts. In an emergency, contact the SAMU (141) or Civil Protection (15).

3. User account

The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

4. Liability

YourDoc does not guarantee slot availability nor the accuracy of information published by practitioners. Reasonable efforts are made to ensure service continuity.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (brand, content, logo) are protected and may not be reused without authorization.

6. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Moroccan law no. 09-08.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts of [city].
