YourDoc keeps your Personal Data for the time your account is used until it is deleted.
When your account remains inactive for a certain period of time, YourDoc will notify you whether or not you wish to keep your account. If you decide to delete it, your Personal Data will also be deleted.
When using the contact form, the Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to provide you with an answer.
Beyond this time, YourDoc may delete or archive certain data in accordance with the legal provisions in force. This data is also kept by Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the legal requirements in this area.
The Patient of the Website and its applications has, in accordance with the regulations, a right of access to his Personal Data, to rectify or update certain information. Account Removal.

Map services and directions for Patient and Practitioner like Doctors and Paramedical are not stored on our server. When we use Website and mobile applications map services does not automatically lead to third-party content being loaded, YourDoc require your consent for functional cookies and its communications.
