YourDoc is a new platform that aims to facilitate patient appointment scheduling and reduce administrative management time for healthcare professionals. The services offered are free of charge for the patient. It allows you to search for practitioners around you, or in another city by geolocation or by address and 24/7 access to appointments.
YourDoc has three features: online appointment booking, waiting for certain dates and in case of an express appointment contact healthcare professionals.
YourDoc has the advantage of being used by other structures that do not wish to share their calendars, as is the case for some clinics that have immediate availability to offer them to other patients. The platform is written in French and English to meet European needs and is expected to develop further.
Another feature of the platform is that it is aimed at doctors, specialties or paramedics. The patient can consult a specialist such as a dentist, dermatologist, gynaecologist, paediatric cardiologist, ophthalmologist, psychologist...or a paramedical professional such as a physiotherapist, dietician, chiropodist, speech therapist, orthoptist, osteopath, ...The consultations are at clinic or at home.
